Snack on this:

The Everything-Free Chocolate
Protein Smoothie

No dairy. No nuts. No weird stuff. Just a super good, pick-me-up-any-time-of-the-day-smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 banana

A handful of ice (~1 cup)

1 cup of oatmilk (or any dairy-free alternative)

1 tsp of organic unsweetened cacao powder

1 Tbsp of chia seeds

1 Tbsp of sunflower butter

(Makes 1 serving; fills a 20oz cup)

Directions:

  1. Grab your blender (Vitamix fans, unite)

  2. Place the ingredients into the blender in the following order: banana, ice, oatmilk, sunflower butter, cacao powder, and chia seeds

  3. Turn your blender on (if you have a smoothie setting, use it!)

  4. Blend until smooth

  5. Pour into your cup of choice and enjoy!
    (best enjoyed right away)
