I’m fascinated with how our eating patterns influence our health at the genetic level, and I won’t lie, snacks are one of my favorite ways to explore the topic. I launched Snack on That to share snack-sized science, conversations with smart people, and kitchen experiments that sometimes work (and sometimes don’t). I’m a high school junior and beach volleyball player who’s forever trying to find ways to turn sourdough discard into something delicious.
